From the statements of the advanced mystic's, the transgender situation has to do with the soul itself changing into another gender this evolution can end up with a person with a soul of one sex in the body of another. This seems to be something beyond the scope of most knowledge and still in the realm of confusion due to Christianity attempting to create a strict system of social control. The JoS policy on Third Sex people is they are to stay in the closet where Christ told people to pray.
