I created my own soundscape and thats what I enjoy listening to :)

This is the video I like to use in order to sleep and do some lucid dreaming, it is also calming and brings a lot of happy thoughts for me such as green grass meadows and a very healthy group of forests, the astral smell of fresh air, simply put, very beautiful. :D

My favorite meditation is ... Well focused on using humor that definitely banishes negativity.....

I won't give examples because it may be offensive y'all sensibilities

Either the kind of meditation, keep it going as humping is the best gift Satan has given to Man.

I like to sometimes use this proverb - Smile is like a very useful thing to us - let's abuse of it ;)
