Conscious Awareness Meditation Practice – Part Three

I have covered some of the ways conscious awareness meditation practice benefits a person.

Now, I'm going to cover another way this practice is of a supremely practical and beneficial nature and why you will perhaps desire to begin it by speaking about the alien presence. Bringing into play psychic self defence is important here as a means to overcome their negative influences.

The reality is, there are other intelligences out there. Many of which aren't your friends and don't have your best interests at heart. Some of these beings may be human like yourself, but many others are NOT.

We are not alone on this planet. And while these aliens hide in the background and operate behind the curtain (for the most part), this doesn't make their influence any less real. The ones in charge down here are not our friends.

These negatives practice mind programming on us. The most vulnerable and defenceless to this subtle influence are those who don't have a clue it's happening, who make the error of assuming that every irrational thought that enters their mind is actually their own, who do not, cannot comprehend any other option could be a reality.

But this is actually very true. A lot of the time, those negative hurtful thoughts you believe originate from yourself....don't. You are being influenced. This is done for various reasons.

The first one is that for many of these beings, causing you to feel anger, hate, fear, pain and misery is their food and drink. They LOVE it. They slurp that energy you produce up like eating a popsicle.

The second is because to the negative controlling ETs, depending on what position you occupy in this world, they consider you a useful idiot – one who can be programmed into functioning as a strategic player for their agenda - by carrying out certain actions for them. The programming is carried out numerous ways: 

Through education/news media - even through dreams.....you won't know why you're doing something....like for instance torching that building/car....you just do it. YOU get to face the music later, not the ET who put the idea into your head.

But why, you ask, would these beings bother? And why with you? You're just one little person, right? Yes, but they understand, as oblivious people do not, that small actions sometimes have very big consequences; they possess the ability to look down timelines, see past/present/future as one big complex, then use the appropriate idiot to insert the proverbial stick in the spokes of the wheel for them, as it were, at a time of their choosing. 

Third....there are people with attachments in/on them. Sometimes these are etheric constructs. Like some forms of greys. For example the man I saw with the black thing attached to him. Some of this technology is AI. Like the implants that seem to know when the surgeon is trying to remove them, and the implant moves away from the scalpel, as if it was alive and knew the surgeon was trying to dig it out. 

There are trans-dimensional (reptilian) beings, possessing etheric technology they implant in or on people as well.

There are a lot of ways. Another is telepathy. That 'kill yourself' thought in your head? Might not be coming from YOU.

As you become more and more self aware and in control of your own thoughts, the more easily you'll be able to identify if the thought is your own or coming from another. Do not leap to the conclusion that everything is a negative ET manipulation, but rather, grow in the ability to discern what is what.

At one time these non-human controllers (aliens) interacted with us openly but for whatever reason began to interact only with their direct slaves (select human intermediary's); as they faded from the mass awareness – mass mind – to become legend and myth. But they never left. 

This is the irony: We look to the stars and wonder if we're alone; we're desperately longing to meet others like us....I personally feel this instinctual longing we all feel is a racial memory of the time when our ancestors, the gods, lived among us....we remember them...yearn for them to return to us. 

If I can interject....and this is just my own feeling on the matter....I feel they WILL return to us. In fact, I feel they are on their way as I speak. I don't have proof of course - this is just my feelings on that....but I wanted to add it here, for what its worth.

While there are 'others'...here at this present time, they are not like us, these negative, human and non-human ones operating in collusion, the ones in control....for the moment. 

How do I know there are alien beings here? Well, its not a question for me of blind belief. I have seen and interacted with them, and witnessed many things we would call UFO's. I am not speaking out of belief or faith going off the second hand reports of others; but speaking from first hand experience.

I've heard the argument that: 'if there were bad aliens hostile to us down here, they would have taken us over a long time ago”. 

Well...yes. And they have! 

However, that said, their influence, while pervasive...is still of a softer variety. They aren't visible for all the world to see and in our faces...yet. Not as they were in pre historical times.

While there are negative beings here parasitizing off us, holding us back spiritually, physically, economically, technologically....in every way you can imagine, there are also others present who are beneficent/positive/opposing this takeover because...otherwise, why did the negatives go underground? Why aren't they literally in our faces now? In one sense they are of course, but I'm talking naked force. Part of this is perhaps because we outnumber them, ok...BUT...with their superior tech, would that matter? They outgun us. So...there must be another group or groups...who oppose the negatives. 

Whatever the case may be, practicing conscious awareness meditation is a powerful tool of psychic self defence against psionic intrusions. 

People are unwittingly influenced all the time. To begin, there is the mind control/programming we see all around us in mainstream media and educational centers plus coercion by other useful idiots (people human like yourself but weak and controlled). 

This control extends farther, into unseen areas. In which now we're looking at the influencing of ones dreams. In which the pretense of being beneficent and positive is practiced upon us by these negative's, who approach us in visions, pretending to be 'gods'. Who approach us in our dreams, while we are out in the astral. 

Which is why I say ask them – which you can do....IF you're conscious and aware.......if they're dedicated to Satan. And if you don't get a straight positive yes at once, assume the worst. They know who He is.

What I'm talking about is hyper dimensional conquest; different from straight up physical attack/aggression as we witnessed in WWI and WWII. Todays world war is fought on a psychological, informational, spiritual, philosophical and inter dimensional attack/infiltration scenario level.

I'm touching upon the alien presence not out of political reasons but rather; it's essential for ones spiritual development that one understand these things, so that one can comprehend the barriers to ones advancement and overcome them. If you have no idea of whats holding you back and why....its impossible to move forward.

The law of nature – natural law – is that all beings exist in hierarchies. We see this reflected around us in nature. Even chickens arrange themselves thusly. A 'pecking' order. Meaning there are some who are leaders/masters, and many more who are followers. This is not negative. We are all individual with our own roles to play. We can't all be the head cook. Remember the saying: Too many cooks in the kitchen? It's true! If everybody is the head cook ('equal'), this leads to chaos.

The notion of royalty is in our genes. People always arrange themselves in a hierarchy. We instinctively look for a leader.

Consider that if this natural inclination is understood by a cunning evil alien consciousness, one who has carefully studied us over millennium, infiltrated and entrenched themselves into our power and educational structures....then this is turned from a healthy and natural thing into involuntary serfdom. 

The only defence we the people have in a world like that, is when we practice conscious awareness meditation. When people are awake and aware, they have good psychic self defence and cannot be subtly controlled anymore, be it through a capitalistic system where corporations are considered in the eyes of the law and accorded the rights of actual people (economic slavery) or through our natural want for a leader – or a god.....so you have monotheistic religions instituted from the top down (mind slavery).

Most people aren't entrepreneurs...they prefer the security of a steady paycheque – food and shelter. They don't want the risk/responsibility/rewards of being the one who is the leader – the employer.

It's always been this way. We're all different. We exist naturally in hierarchies. This doesn't have to be a bad thing. In fact, when you have an excellent leader who holds the best interests of his people at heart, this is a marvellous and positive thing and something the controllers abhor.

The problem is we've been brainwashed – by hostile aliens - to believe hierarchy is unnatural and that the natural state is equality across the board, which is not true. This mind mess has lead us to misplaced resentment, division and strife. Look how they play people constantly, to keep us divided and fighting each other. This keeps us distracted away from who is pulling those strings. Use critical thinking.

Understand someone is doing this....for a reason. Why?

Consciousness, the mind, is the foundation of physical reality. By manipulation of our collective consciousness, a hostile alien force can secure control over the minds and souls of nations, thus our destiny/reality and ultimately, our world. 

The more people practice conscious awareness meditation, the less we, as individuals but also as a whole can be controlled, and thus the happier, more successful, fulfilled.....and free, we'll all be.

Take back your mind.
