Don, as well as everyone else, let me know what you think of this.
There are very few recorded videos of spiritually advanced individuals performing superpowers. This is one of the few you'll find out there;
When I was a young, I became the last apprentice to a reclusive internal martial arts master. After spending a few years with him, he started showing me some of the paranormal things he could do. The highest level practitioners in these legit Chinese martial arts use vril/chi power to heal/kill/and do all sorts of supernatural feats, but it takes lots of meditation, and these secrets aren't told to just anybody.
Years later, I found a video of someone doing something very similar to my old teacher, albeit at a higher level. This clip was included in one of my documentaries. While the newspaper trick isn't that impressive (it can be faked), the rest of what he did is legitimate and observed under scientific investigation. Pushing a chopstick through a thick wooden table like its butter passing through a hot knife is impossible to fake.
Here's a clip of him doing telekinesis training with some of his junior students.
Another clip of the chopstick feat;
This fellow, simply called Dynamo Jack/John Chang, is the head of an Eastern occult school called Mo Pai that has been secret for hundreds of years. He worked as a healer in Java, Indonesia, for decades, offering his services for free, since he already was a wealthy businessman, and was quite famous in the city (he treated some of Indonesia's top politicians). When this clip first came out in the 80s, people all over the world sought him out to learn form him. This includes a couple of European students that wrote books outlining their experiences;
The book is an interesting read. In short, the end goal of these trainings is to achieve a type of immortality, but mainly that of the soul, not so much the body. There are 72 "levels" in this particular system, although I don't think that's as significant, despite the thing about there being 72,000 nadis. Level 1 involves long periods of meditation, level 2 involves building and condensing energy (yang energy, or masculine energy) into the "lower dantein," an area that roughly corresponds to the sacral chakra.
In Taoist/Daoist occultism, they don't use chakras, but instead use "danteins," a lower, middle, and higher dantein, which seem to align with the sacral, heart, and third-eye chakras. However, I've heard Chinese occultists describe danteins and chakras as being different. If a chakra is like a bright star in the energetic expanse of your body,, a Dantein would be like a nebula. But that could be wrong, and I suspect it might be that they are just the same.
Level 3 in this Mo Pai system involves condensing this energy too a seemingly dangerous point, "packing" it and condensing it to an extent where many people get sick. Level 4 involves merging this masculine and feminine (yin and yang) energies in the lower dantein, which is described as an arduous process involving hours of meditation away from the distractions of civilization.
If done successfully, initiates describe an intense lightning bolt sensation up along their spine, strong enough to make you pass out. Once a person passes this fourth level, they can perform occult abilities, including levitation, telekenisis, healing, etc. From this point on, higher levels just mean more power, passing the fourth level in this system is really the most important thing. Very similar to a kundulini awakening.
While its interesting to read about this, I've also found a few concerns/possible corruptions in this specific eastern esoteric school.
For one, it doesn't seem particularly healthy - some other rival schools have called what Mo Pai initiates do as a type of "energetic steroids." Instead of taking a slower, healthier approach that cultivates longevity, Mo Pai is about developing powers as fast as possible at the expense of longevity, with many old students dying as they experimented in these dangerous practices until a somewhat safe system was figured out. Even after figuring out a more safer approach, forcibly packing and generating so much energy in this lower dantein/sacral chakra in such a fashion tends to cause prostate cancer in men. The fellow in this video passed away recently from prostate cancer, and many of his students have gotten it as well.
Secondly, they say that ejaculation (for men) is very dangerous and could damage you energetically by performing this system. I've suspected that the semen conservation idea that's promulgated in Eastern/Daoist/Taoist occult schools is a corruption, as its exactly what Christianity and Buddhism suggest (ala Brahmacharya). Let me know your take on this Don. I don't think ejaculation really is bad for men in terms of spiritual development.
Also, there are people who, when trying to go from level 3 to level 4, literally die because they fail to complete the process. I'm not sure normal spiritual development should have such a high risk of death.
Interestingly enough, this fellow in this video describes himself as being at just "level 22" in his system, and there being much more powerful occultists than him out there. What's also fascinating is that this school, which previously was restricted only to Asians, was opened up to include these new Europeans at the time. These whites seemed to have a lot more potential and talent in comparison to the native Asian people of. However, the fellow in this video said that his mentor and teacher came to him in spirit form (like a jedi ghost, which he says happens all the time), warning not to open up the school and accept these Europeans, mainly due to the drama it will end up causing.
As it turned out, all of these Europeans, while they made fast progress, gave up eventually. Many cited their "catholic" and "orthodox Christian" upbringings as making them fearful that they are pursuing "demonic" activities. It's no surprise, they were still linked to the jewish-christian thoughtform, that says that any occult development is evil, hence why these doubts manifested in their minds. They threw away this one-in-a-million opportunity to learn from this master, and have since never progress beyond the lowest levels.
After these Europeans left, Mo Pai became a strictly secret school again, requiring you to have either South-east Asian or Chinese descent to be accepted. Any chance of learning these higher level occult development instructions were lost.
After Dynamo Jack passed away (I think last year), his top asian student was just at level 3, meaning he didn't get to having basic paranormal powers (that come at level 4 in this system). In other words, the Mo Pai occult school is now dead, with Jack having failed to develop a student to carry on these teachings. While it's an unfortunate development, it's interesting that these two European students had the most potential of inheriting this centuries old eastern occult school as his top students.
While I think there are a lot of corruptions and unhealthy practices in this type of occult sect, I think analyzing this is a rare opportunity to see what these "secret" groups are doing, and figuring out how it relates and interconnects to the original pre-christian, pagan spiritual systems cultivated by the Druids, the Mystery Cults of Greece, the Aryan Djedi of Egypt, as well as likely the Templars and the Vril society of Germany.
Let me know what you all think of this info. Thanks for reading this - somewhat embarrassingly long - essay.

Very interesting I remember coming across this on utube. The fellow was a siddhi for sure.
Much of the teachings I have studied with sexual alchemy is taking sexual energy and moving it up the spine. Which involves holding the lower muscles like one has to go to the bathroom basically putting the tongue on the roof of the mouth and breathing up the spine from the sacral to the third eye then holding the breath for some time till breathing back in. The breathing is done with the breath going up the spine to the third eye then down the spine to the sacral. This is one way to do the cobra breath the other is from the mula chakra to the third eye.
This lower dantein or the Hara point in the Tibetan system is supposed to be the gate to the sushumna which is what the technique above I suspect relates to. Working to open this gate point up to open up the middle channel.

There was another story I forgot about how Dynamo Jack was hit by a big truck travelling 100 miles an hour while he was speeding. His car was sent flying and crushed into a bundle of metal. While emergency rescue crews thought he was crushed to a pulp, he was completely fine - without a single scratch or bruise. He said that he could create a protective aura around him that passively protects him.Don Danko wrote: ↑Sun Apr 11, 2021 11:17 am Very interesting I remember coming across this on utube. Don, I've heard similar things before in other sexual alchemy related teachings - you're essentially describing the Microcosmic Orbit that Mantuk Chia talks about, correct?. The only thing I wonder about is that Mantuk talks about abstaining from ejaculation, or at least learning to separate that from orgasm. I'm not sure whether that's legitimate or not, I'm almost leaning to that being a corruption that has seeped into most Daoist/Taoist occult teachings. Buddhism and Christianity preach a similar notion.
These Mo Pai teachings don't really do this Microcosmic orbit style practice from what I've read, which is why some people get prostate cancer. They just focus on this lower dantien exclusively. Kind of like a bodybuilder who only works out his biceps but nothing else. everyday, and gets surprised why he gets injuries. These Mo Pai teachings also say that its incredibly difficult to fuse the Yin and Yang energies accumulated in this Dantein, like mixing oil and water almost. Again, I suspect that's because these Mo Pai teachings are doing something unhealthy.

Don Danko, how corrupt would you say mainstream/modern Daoist/Taoist occult teachings are?
There are things I like about them, but there are other parts I strongly disagree with.
For example, the lower dantein is often called the "cauldron" in which an initiate brews the "elixir of immortality." This being a metaphor for cultivating energies through meditation and transmuting them. There's a similar mention of a cauldron in Druidic teachings and Mystery Schools in Greece. That definitely seems like a legit part. However, other parts seem suspect.
For example, in The Taoist Alchemy of Wang Liping, it describes the stages of internal alchemy training to involve 1. Building an energetic foundation 2.Refining jing into qi from the lower chakras/dantein to the middle dantien/heart chakra. 3. Refine the qi into shen from the heart chakra to the higher dantein/third-eye chakra. 4. Refining shen into emptiness and merging with the Dao into emptiness.
I agree with the first three points, but the fourth seems weird.
There's this ongoing trend I've noticed in Taoist alchemy literature that you need to almost dissolve your soul into nothingness, or merge into nothingness. It's similar to those articles on Buddhism you wrote, in which achieving Nirvana was essentially just dissolving the karmic glue of your soul, essentially a death cult. Do you think these corrupted teachings infiltrated Taoist/Daoist occult schools as well? Unless you have a different interpretation of this, it seems like it has.

I also find it interesting that when the jewish communists took over in China, one of the first things they did in their Cultural revolution was make illegal these internal martial arts and occult schools. Most legit masters either went underground, or fled to Taiwan, Japan, or Southeast Asia. The "Tai Chi" that the Chinese government promotes now is just washed down health exercise.
Of course, you're well aware of China invading and taking over Tibet, and the crucial importance of Tibet as a hotbed of legit spiritual teachings.

Something I wonder with the Dantien methods I have seen in many books and from some Daoist teachers the three Dantien's are the navel chakra, heart chakra and third eye chakra. This connects with the Hindu statements on the three main chakra's as well. This is the three knots. The Daoist microcosm orbit is also used to break these knots which I have read stated relate to the Yang channel. The serious Kundalini Kriya teachings in India also use the microcosm orbit as well. Many Swami's and rare Tantra text call the navel chakra the entrance to the sushumna which is why the pumping action of the breath of fire is so important.
The ancient texts on Kundalini yoga from India state the act of making the Mula banda and placing the tongue to the roof of the mouth is considered to be the whole of Kundalini yoga in many cases. That is the microcosm orbit. Its know the Daoist and the Indian Yogi's shared a lot of information and worked together in the ancient world. The ancient texts mention pranayama is supposed to be with the mula banda and tongue on the roof of the mouth. That makes all the difference in power. Doing that is what makes the breath of fire powerful as a Kundalini pranayama and how it was properly done.
This practice is crucial to Kundalini yoga. Without it a person will get energy blocks on the channels that make the practices dangerous and build too much energy in the Yang channel. That can cause mental, psychic damage the lunatic Yogi's are an example.

The Jews and their reptilians gods want all that gone. The Jewish Marxists all wiped out all spiritual societies in Europe. The difference between where the Jews have gotten to global control now as to two thousand years ago is the amount of people with spiritual power and practices and the amount of power feeding their psychic energy into their racial black magic, servitor YHVH.
The Hindu texts on the Kali Yuga all mention really or one thing of importance. The Kali Yuga cause is most of the human population have no legitimate spiritual practice and the Kundalini energy in people is sleeping in the root chakra. All this nonsense about its the position of the sun and such is of no value. This is internal the ancient highly advanced cultures like Egypt went thought maybe two phases of the greater wheel of the year and maintain themselves. Its the lack of internal spiritual development from lack of knowledge and practices
