Also, note how Cobra is obsessed with getting rid of people from his ranks and how he barely gives a shit at all when it all happens. If that is not psychopaty then idk what it is. Every soul is precious, we should fight for it or at least give them some chances. What Cobra is doing is wrong, and is a sign of a psychopathy or some kind of mental issue/illness.

I agree there is definetly unnecessary cruelty and an uncalled for brutalitty, I think this could only come from people who have things to hide, they are affraid other people start asking question

Enlil let's say understands people on a higher level, if I am asked, and many would agree that he is very gifted with this. He would never advise Cobra to act in such a way he is, and tell him that many would be weeded out (usually kicked out on force) from forums and to dissapear fully and then make it look like it's something good and desirable to happen.

He likes to let people be, I asked why he didn't talked before he said it was because ''I didn't wanted''. I imagine his answer to cobra's behaviour would be ''he wants to be like this'', or something like this. He definetly tries his best, you can see he is someone who Has good intentions, despite the fact he can be mistaken about people.
