Anybody regardless of age and condition can survive without medical attention for one week just with water.

You will get younger, and healthier. Renew yourself inside out!

The most important part is to reduce your meals to juices to no food at all and when you are over with fasting start eating in small baby steps, also. If you follow these simple steps, if you are fighting addictions like alcohol, drugs, smoking, porn, or whatever else, - by REMOVING YOUR MOST PRIMAL NEED, (food), YOU WILL BUILT-UP WHAT WE CALL ''STRONG WILL''.
