Time is to determine a specific period such as day and night, which are, as mentioned before, natural cycles. I would say that the more correct term is cycle / period, but time is fine too. Time encompasses the terms listed below in the etymological definition. Social constructs can be useful for making things easier and more accessible to determine or encompass a set of terms without needing to learn multiple of them to understand what they mean.

Here, it basically explains how time encompasses all kinds of cycles. Cycle means circle. The circle of life. The seasons are natural cycles. Winter symbolically represents death awaiting rebirth and spring represents rebirth after death, for example. The life-death-life cycle. The past is a past present and the future is the future present, if we want to define it as closely, correctly, accurately and as adaptable as possible to the plausibility of the existence of the present moment alone.
This means that you have power only over the present. Life is in the present. If people understood this, they would live and cultivate the best of themselves in the present and would stop hurting others as well. This is why, depending on what you drink, eat, cultivate - in the long run you can see positive effects / progress or negative effects / setbacks. It's time to raise your vibrations. Obviously take your time and prepare for the present future as best as you can. Live the present with serenity and peace. Nurture yourself, do what enriches your soul and avoid negative energies, horror movies and other doors open to negative energies. Express your emotions and take your time. You are, you don't become. The only thing you can become is your true self, which is your original, natural self. Use your time like gold, to shine like Sun.
