Would you say yoga "union" didn't exist before the jews fucked everything up and split our body into the 3 bodies with metatrons cube? Because they had no need for it, they were ascended from birth. Or, its not that they were ascended its actually that we are descended, we are literally not functioning correctly. After the prison over this planet was put into place the ascended Aryans (pagan gods) came here in vimanas and taught how to achieve the light body (yoga, union, union of 3 bodies) to the people. Is that right?

Also where are the histories from when we were ascended on this planet? Any links or book recommendations?

Is this the Kriya practice you do?

I am wanting to open my psychic centers so I can contact the Gods (pagan gods) and receive magical instruction from them directly like you recommend. I have been doing the Jew of Satan hatha and kundalini yoga basic spinal energy series. The most I've gotten from that is cold chills after doing them. I haven't done meditations though as I don't really trust the Jew of Satan ones. I'm a beginner if you couldn't tell. I assume the JoS yoga are jewed watered down, bhajan was a grifter, I've read you say that here. I stopped doing the kundalini yoga after reading that.

One thing though I have started seeing random astral flashes of light of varying colors frequently (several times an hour) recently not sure why. They look a bit like a floater but they appear completely vivid and linger for around a second. Sometimes little dots sometimes random shapes. Do you know what this is?

If I combine this Kriya practice at the link with the MANA rune you posted before would it let me feel energy and open my psychic centers to contact the gods? How long would it take? Anything else I should be doing? Is semen retention required?

Knots and also emotional bonds are blockages in the chakra. If you balance your chakra energies by meditating on each chakra (never use Jew of Satan mantras by the way), you can get rid of certain knots and emotional chords that are toxic. This takes a lot of time and practice, however.

I think the "floaters" that you see, and are very colorful, are in fact signs of chakra awakening. Each color represents the respective chakra sets which are awakening (one masculine, and the other one feminine (+ and -). If you recall certain color patterns, please let us know about it

I've seen red, pink and blue and colors inbetween those like purple as far as I remember. Hard to remember exactly though. There might have been other colors.

If this is the case I don't think it applies to all of their mantras. I'm pretty sure the heart chakra mantra they give is accurate.
