Unit 8200

In 2017, Israel's finance minister outlined the 'Decisive Plan' to complete the ethnic cleansing of Palestine and restore Israel from 'river to sea'. The finance minister said this plan would need a Big Event to turn international opinion.........

“We know that there were more children killed in Gaza in six months than in all the conflicts across the world in the last four years,” - Philippe Lazzarini, Commissioner-General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine.

A book written in 2001 details the case for designing a special AI capable of processing massive amounts of data in order to generate targets as quickly as possible – far faster than a human team could do it with all the balances and checks and safeguards. And thus have the strategic value of generating thousands of 'targets' to kill, as quickly as possible. Such technology, he wrote, will resolve what he describes as a “human bottleneck for both locating the new targets and decision-making to approve the targets.” The author: Brigadier General Y.S. This book was called:

“The Human-Machine Team: How to Create Synergy Between Human and Artificial Intelligence That Will Revolutionize Our World”

The author of this book it turns out, wasn't writing a book of fiction. It's reality. It's deployed in Gaza right now. And the author is none other than the current commander of the elite Israeli intelligence:

Unit 8200.

There Were Three AI's Turned Loose by Unit 8200 on the Civilian Population in the Gaza Strip (that we know of):

Lavender, who targeted individuals making kill lists. According to a source, even minors were marked by Lavender as targets for bombing. “Normally, operatives are over the age of 17, but that was not a condition.”

Where's Daddy, another tracking and locating AI. Alerting the army when the target is in their family home so they can be bombed. In home was first priority for attacks - so to hell with the Israeli army trying to say they only picked male targets. Women and children were targeted too. The rest is semantics.

The Gospel, tracking, surveilling, marking buildings and structures the army claims militants operate from, whereas Lavender did the same for human beings.

Hunter Killer AI's.

This is like, terminator stuff. Skynet. One tracks, one picks targets. A machine picks the targets and the human takes 20 seconds or less to go: ok. And BOOM.

This is terrifying. The ruthless and raw level of destruction it unleashed is a demonstration of why we DO NOT want AI in battles left to run amok. They have no soul, no conscience, are cold, clinical and ruthless. I got the feeling, just reading this article, that in fact, they have had all these AI in development long before and Gaza was actually a long awaited beta test. They wanted to try out their shiny new toys. They claim they used dumb bombs instead of smart ones because they were cheaper but I kind of get the feeling....it was more fun. Like a nasty boy who isn't happy with just pulling the legs off a spider; he then squashes it. It's disgusting. Without morals or any regard for life.

Insiders testified there was a marked lack of supervision despite internal checks indicating Lavenders calculations were considered only 90% accurate. If it cost them 100 civilians to get one HAMAS, this was considered as acceptable. 10% of the human targets slated for murder weren't even HAMAS. They maybe just owned a second hand computer a HAMAS person once owned.

gaza.jpg
gaza.jpg (62.31 KiB) Viewed 582 times

“Lavender sometimes mistakenly flagged individuals who had communication patterns similar to known Hamas or PIJ operatives — including police and civil defence workers, militants’ relatives, residents who happened to have a name and nickname identical to that of an operative, and Gazans who used a device that once belonged to a Hamas operative.”

what's even worse:

“We were not interested in killing [Hamas] operatives only when they were in a military building or engaged in a military activity,” A., an intelligence officer, told +972 and Local Call. “On the contrary, the IDF bombed them in homes without hesitation, as a first option. It’s much easier to bomb a family’s home. The system is built to look for them in these situations.”

Credit to the investigation by +972 Magazine and Local Call. They spoke to six Israeli intelligence officers with first hand involvement with Lavender in its role of generating lists of targets for assassination. In fact, according to the sources, its influence on the military’s operations was such that they essentially treated the outputs of the AI machine:

“as if it were a human decision.”

AI basically run amok. This is a war crime.

“In contrast to the Israeli army’s official statements, the sources explained that a major reason for the unprecedented death toll from Israel’s current bombardment is the fact that the army has systematically attacked targets in their private homes, alongside their families”

In a great illustration of say one thing and do another Israel's Col Yoav claimed in a lecture:

“We rank the results and determine the threshold [at which to attack a target],” emphasizing that “eventually, people of flesh and blood take the decisions. In the defence realm, ethically speaking, we put a lot of emphasis on this. These tools are meant to help [intelligence officers] break their barriers.”
In practice, however, sources who have used Lavender in recent months say human agency and precision were substituted by mass target creation and lethality.”

During my own researching, I found one article as an example of this unprecedented bloodshed; they flattened four apartment buildings (full of people) just to kill one HAMAS.

“we usually carried out the attacks with dumb bombs, and that meant literally destroying the whole house on top of its occupants. But even if an attack is averted, you don’t care — you immediately move on to the next target. Because of the system, the targets never end. You have another 36,000 waiting.”

These are human beings, not numbers.

“Sources told +972 and Local Call that now, partly due to American pressure, the Israeli army is no longer mass-generating junior (children) human targets for bombing in civilian homes. The fact that most homes in the Gaza Strip were already destroyed or damaged, and almost the entire population has been displaced, also impaired the army’s ability to rely on intelligence databases and automated house-locating programs.”

So in other words, reigning it in now is like putting a lock on the barn after the horse has been stolen already. They got what they wanted.

Lawers Brilliant Scathing Indictment of Israel

Doctor Ralph Wilde is a legal representative on behalf of the Arab League of Nations. He gave the following address at the International Court of Justice in The Hague. Because who knows if utube will pull the video down, as they are wont to do if it doesn't want people seeing the information, I decided it was important to transcribe his address and save it. As I worked on this I discovered more and more disturbing facts. I include them here. Presented with such one can form an informed opinion of what is happening. As always, use your own discernment and do your own research as well.

I'm about to watch the video of Mr Wilde's indictment when utube throws up an ad first. What really got my attention is the ad was a heartstring tearjerker about planting trees....for Israel! I'll describe that but it's best done after Dr Ralph Wilde's detailed and precise explanation of how everything Israel is doing in Palestine is manifestly ILLEGAL. It really puts that ad into perspective. I would also observe: what is utube thinking, to layer such a disgusting self serving thing on over this important address.

Dr Ralph Wilde Presents Evidence of the Israeli Genocide in Gaza to the ICJ:

“Mr President, distinguished members of the court, it's a great honor and privilege to appear before you and to represent the league of arab states. The Palestinian people have been denied the exercise of their legal right to self determination through the more than century long violent, colonial, racist effort to establish a nation state exclusively for the jewish people in the land of mandatory Palestine.
When this began after the first world war, the jewish population of that land was 11%.

fact.jpg
fact.jpg (194.92 KiB) Viewed 582 times

Forcibly implementing zionism in this demographic context, has necessarily involved the extermination or forced displacement of some of the non jewish palestinian population, the exercise of domination over, and subjugation, dispossession and emiseration of remaining non jewish palestinians, the emigration to that land of jewish people, regardless of any direct personal link, and the denial of palestinian refugees the right to return.

All operating through a racist distinction privileging Jewish people over non jewish palestinian people. This has necessitated serious violations of all the fundamental joss kogans and erga omnis norms of international law. The right of self determination, the prohibitions on aggression, genocide, crimes against humanity, racial discrimination, apartheid and torture. And the core protections of IHL.

Today I will address first violations of international law arising out of the regime of racial domination, apartheid, perpetrated against the Palestinian people, across the entire land of historic Palestine. And then 2nd, the existential illegality of Israels occupation of the Palestinian Gaza strip and west bank including east jerusalem since 1967. As a necessary prerequisite, I must begin with the special right granted to the people in the league covenant.

The legal right of self determination of the Palestinian people originates in the sacred trust obligations of article 22 of the league covenant. Part of the versailles treaty. Palestine, an A class mandate under British colonial rule was, after the first world war, supposed to have its existence as an independent state provisionally recognized. A soue generous right of self determination. The UK and other members of the league council attempted to bypass this, incorporating the 1917 Balfour declaration commitment to establish a national home for the jewish people in Palestine into the instrument stipulating how
the mandate would operate. However, the council had no legal power to bypass the covenant in this way. It acted ultra virus. And the relevant provisions were legally void. There was and is no legal basis in that mandate instrument for either a specifically jewish state in Palestine, or the UK's failure to discharge the sacred trust obligation to implement Palestinian self determination.

Note: The point being that from the beginning this was all illegal. And it's taken all this time to figure that out? Worth noting that on top of this, the Israel Corporation has expired....

Ralph Wilde Continues:

lawyer speaks.jpg
lawyer speaks.jpg (119.51 KiB) Viewed 582 times

After the second world war, a self determination right, applicable to colonial peoples generally, crystallized in international law. For the Palestinian people, this essentially corresponded to and supplemented, the preexisting covenant right regarding the same single territory. The 1947 proposal to partition Palestine was contrary to this.

The Arab rejection, an affirmation of the legal status quo.

In 1948 then, Palestine was, legally, a single territory with a single population enjoying a right of self determination on a unitary basis. Despite this, a state of Israel specifically for jewish people was proclaimed in 1948 by those controlling 78% more than three quarters of Palestine, accompanied by the forced displacement of a significant number of the non jewish Palestinian population. The nakbah catastrophe.

theft.jpg
theft.jpg (302.81 KiB) Viewed 582 times

This illegal succession was an egregious violation of Palestinian self determination.

Israel statehood was recognized and Israel admitted as a UN member despite this illegality. Israel is not the legal continuation or successor of the mandate. This violation of Palestinian self determination is ongoing and unresolved.

Two key elements are first, Palestinian people not displaced from the land proclaimed to be of Israel in 1948 and their descendants have been forced to live as citizens (presently they constitute 17.2%) of a state conceived to be of and for another racial group, under the domination of that group, necessarily treated as second class because of their race.

Second, Palestinian people displaced from that land and their descendants, cannot return. These are serious breaches of the right of self determination, the prohibitions of racial discrimination and apartheid and the right of return. They must end. Immediately.

kissinger said it.jpg
kissinger said it.jpg (245.92 KiB) Viewed 582 times

As if this ongoing Nanak was not catastrophic enough, in 1967 Israel captured the remaining 22% of historic Palestine, the Gaza strip and west bank including east jerusalem, the naksa. It's maintained that use of force to remain in control for the 57 year period since.

For more than half a century then, a state defined to be of and for jewish people exclusively has governed the entire land of historic Palestine and the people there. And the regime of racial domination (apartheid) and denying return has been extended throughout. In the case of Palestinians living in the occupied territory this has involved the same serious violations of international law supplemented by serious violations of norms applicable in occupied territory.

Indeed, these people are subject to an even more extreme form of racist domination as they aren't even citizens of the state exorcizing authority over them.

Even in east Jerusalem, which Israel has purported to annex, the majority non jewish Palestinian residents don't have citizenship. Whereas jewish residents, including illegal settlers, are citizens. Just as in territorial Israel, in occupied territory, these serious violations concerning how Israel exercises authority over the Palestinian people must end, immediately.

statistics.jpg
statistics.jpg (242.83 KiB) Viewed 582 times

The enduring Palestinian right of self determination means that the Palestinian people and the state of Palestine not Israel are sovereign over the territory Israel captured in 1967. for Israel the land is extra territorial. And, given what I said about the mandate, territory over which it has NO LEGAL SOVERIGN ENTITLEMENT.

Despite this, Israel has purported to annex east jerusalem and taken various actions there and in the rest of the west bank constituting deu uri and de facto purported annexation including implanting settlements. It is Israeli policy that Israel should be not only the exclusive authority over the entire land between the river and the sea, but also the exclusive sovereign authority there.

This constitutes a complete repudiation of Palestinian self determination as a legal right since it empties the right entirely of any territorial content. Actualizing this, through de facto and de uri purported annexation is first, a serious violation of Palestinian self determination and second, because it is enabled through the use of force.

damning.jpg
damning.jpg (291.13 KiB) Viewed 582 times

A violation of the prohibition on the purported acquisition of territory through the use of force in the law on the use of force and so, an aggression.

imagine the terror.jpg
imagine the terror.jpg (124.84 KiB) Viewed 582 times

Serious violations of further areas of law regulating the conduct of the occupation are also being perpetrated. Notably the prohibitions on implanting settlements and altering, unless absolutely prevented, the legal, political, social and religious status quo.

The occupation is, therefore, existentially illegal because of its use to actualize purported annexation. To end this serious illegality it must be terminated. Israel must renounce all sovereignty claims, and all settlements must be removed immediately.

However, this is not the only basis on which the occupations existential legality must be addressed. We need to delve deeper into both the law of self determination and the law on the use of force. Beginning with self determination. This right, when applied to the Palestinian people, in the territory Israel captured in 67, is the right to be entirely self governing, free from Israeli domination. Consequently, the Palestinian people have a legal right to the immediate end of the occupation and Israel has a correlative legal duty to immediately terminate the occupation.

This right exists and operates simply and exclusively because the Palestinian people are entitled to it. It does not depend on others agreeing to its realization. It is a right.

unacceptable.jpg
unacceptable.jpg (271.55 KiB) Viewed 582 times

It's a repudiation of trusteeship, whereby colonial peoples were ostensibly to be granted freedom only if and when they were deemed ready, because of their stage of development determined by the racist standard of civilization. The anti colonial self determination rule replaced this with a right based on the automatic immediate entitlement of all people to freedom, without preconditions. In the words of general assembly 1514 inadequacy of preparedness should never serve as a pretext for delaying independence.

Note: read up on the Gaza Plan for 2035 Netanyahu just unveiled. It is exactly based on what this lawyer just detailed, of colonial peoples ostensibly to be granted freedom only if and when they are deemed ready, because of their stage of development determined by the racist standard of civilization imposed by Isreal. This image is Netanyahu's 'vision' of a 'new' Gaza and the next is the reality of what it is to be built on: death and destruction.

Ralph Wilde continues:

Some suggest that the Palestinian people were offered and rejected deals that could have ended the occupation and therefore, Israel can maintain it pending a settlement.

Even assuming arguer the veracity of this account, the deals involved a further loss of the sovereign territory of the Palestinian people. Israel cannot lawfully demand concessions on Palestinian rights as the price for ending its impediment to Palestinian freedom. This would mean Israel, using force, to coerce the Palestinian people to give up some of their preemptory legal rights.

Illegal in the law on the use of force and necessarily voiding the relevant terms of any legal agreement reached. The Palestinian people are legally entitled to reject a further loss of land over which they have an exclusive, legal preemptory right.

Any such rejection makes no difference to Israel's immediate legal obligation to end the occupation.

Turning to the law on the use of force; Israels control over the Palestinian territory since 67, as a military occupation is an ongoing use of force. As such, its existential legality is determined by the law on the use of force as a general matter, beyond the specific issue of annexation.

Israel captured the Gaza strip and west bank from Egypt and Jordan in the war it launched against them and Syria. It claimed to be acting in self defence, anticipating a non immediately imminent attack. The war was over after 6 days. Peace treaty's between Israel and Egypt and Jordan were subsequently adopted. despite this, Israel maintained control of the territory continuing the use of force enabling its capture. Israel 67 war was illegal in the Yad Bellum even assuming, arguendo, its claim of a feared attack, states can't lawfully use force in non immediately imminent anticipatory self defence.

self defence claims.jpg
self defence claims.jpg (287.16 KiB) Viewed 582 times

Alternatively, assuming again arguendo, that the war was lawful, the justification ended after 6 days. However, the Yos ad Bellum requirements continued to apply to the occupation as itself a continuing use of force.

In 1967 with self determination well established in international law, states could not lawfully use force to retain control over a self determination unit captured in war unless the legal test justifying the initial use of force also justified on the same basis the use of force in retaining control.

Moreover, this justification would need to continue not only in the immediate aftermath but for more than half a century. Manifestly this legal test has not been met.

Israels exercise of control over the Gaza strip and west bank through the use of force has been illegal in the yos ad bellum since the capture of the territory or at least very soon afterwards.

The occupation is therefore, again, existentially illegal in the law on the use of force, an aggression. This time as a general matter beyond illegality specific to annexation. To terminate this serious violation the occupation must likewise END IMMEDIATELY.

truth lies.jpg
truth lies.jpg (63.2 KiB) Viewed 582 times

What of israels current military action in gaza? This is not a war that began in october 2023. It's a drastic scaling up of the force exercised there and in the west bank on a continual basis since 1967.

A justification for a new phase in an ongoing illegal use of force cannot be constructed solely out of the consequences of violent resistance to that illegal use of force. Otherwise, an illegal use of force would be rendered lawful because those subject to it violently resisted. Circular logic. with a perverse outcome. More generally, Israel cannot lawfully use force to control the Palestinian territory for security purposes pending an agreement providing security guarantees.

Ralph Wilde continues:

States can only lawfully use force outside their borders in extremely narrow circumstances. Beyond that, they must address security concerns non forcibly.

The USA, UK and Zambia suggested here that there is a souie-generous applicable legal framework. and Israel palestinian lex specialis. This somehow supercedes the rules of international law determining whether the occupation is existentially lawful.

Instead, we have a new rule justifying the occupation until there is a peace agreement meeting isreali security needs. This is the law as these states would like it to be, not the law as it is.

Sidenote:

In a CNBC press announcement oct 2023, Biden said:

“democracies like the United States and Israel are stronger and more secure when we act according to the rule of law.”

That did not age well:

If you poo poo and dismiss, I invite you to do the same if you have a program that allows you to work with images, examine pictures closely. Start screenshotting and examining. Watch videos closely. These things are not 'glitch's'. This stuff shows up over and over if you watch for it. Watch biden in that video closely as he speaks! Now you know what to look for, you'll see it. These anomalies come up too often to be mere coincidence. I know it sounds crazy, I wish I didn't have to point this out but it's truth.

I have seen the slit eyes in real life, up close and personal. I was drawing a portrait for someone, almost nose to nose looking into their eyes and when I got right up close, they really were slitted! This is real. Not a camera 'glitch'. There is a presence here on this planet that is not us. Not human. Behind world events. You think you're watching an organic situation unfolding on the world stage, I suggest there is much more going on. Humanity is being manipulated.

If you open your mind, allow the possibility to even be entertained, suspend your disbelief and just really start LOOKING....you'll start noticing. Their best defence is that normies have an automatic kneejerk reflexive reaction: No Way! Ridiculous!

That's cognitive dissonance. People have been programmed over generations to believe we're alone. We are not. Am I insinuating all jews are reptiles? How should I know? But what I've observed is that the actors in the upper echelons of power....I think whatever those are – show up the most where the levers of power are. There is something wrong with them.

The 'clinton on the left is from some event they had recently, 2024. He's obviously not the original clinton (pictured on the right). And that shot of the original is from around...I'm guessing 2016 or so.
The original biden is on the left. The avatar on the right. Take a good look and tell me: You really believe this is the same guy? Come on now. Some 'other' or several 'others' are directing events, using humans on both sides as pawns.

mask malfunction.jpg

There are several possibilities of what these could be. Some kind of non human wearing a mask, a human wearing a mask, a clone...whatevers behind these deceptions, it suits them to keep us occupied squabbling with and fighting one another. So we're not looking at them. Humans must find common ground and build on what brings us together, not tears us apart, not be fooled into killing one another but instead refuse to kill one another and support one another; start asking hard questions of those who encourage us to do so. This shell game has gone on quite long enough. Time to wake up.

It's a bit off topic I suppose but...it's part of the bigger picture as we strive to penetrate through to the truth of what is really going on. What's behind all the wars? Who, or should we say what, is REALLY behind the massacre in Gaza?

Qui bono? Who benefits?

Who benefits if this is laughed at and dismissed? I know this much: it's not us.

Dr Ralph Wilde continues:

It has no basis in resolution 242, Oslo or any other resolutions or agreements. Actually, you are being invited to do away with the very operation of some of the fundamental peremptory rules of international law itself. As a result, the matters these rules conceive as rights vested in the palestinian people would be realized only if agreement is reached and only on the basis of such agreement.

At best, If there is an agreement, this means one that need not be compatible with palestinian peremptory legal rights, determined only by the acute power imbalance in Israels favor. At worst, if there is no agreement, this means that the indefinite continuation of Israel rule over the palestinian people in the OPT on the basis of racist supremacy and a claim to sovereignty would be lawful.

This is an affront to the international rule of law, to the UN charter imperative to settle disputes in conformity with international law and to your judicial function as guardians of the international legal system.

nuremberg.jpg
nuremberg.jpg (103.22 KiB) Viewed 582 times

A final potential basis sometimes invoked to justify continuing the occupation should be addressed.

Occupation and human rights law applicable to illegal and lawful occupations alike, oblige Israel to address security threats in occupied territory. However, they only regulate the conduct of an occupation when it exists. They don't also provide a legal basis for that existence itself.

Existential legality is determined by the law of self determination and the Yos ad Bellum only. There is no backdoor legal basis for Isreal to maintain the occupation through the imperatives of occupation and human rights law.

In sum, the occupation of the palestinian gaza strip and west bank including east jerusalem is existentially illegal on two mutally reinforcing basis.

First, the law on the use of force. Here, the occupation is illegal, both as a use of force without valid justification and because it's enabling an illegal purported annexation. As such, it is an aggression.

Note:

Article by fabio giuseppe carlo carisio

“Ashraf al-Qudra, the spokesman for the Health Ministry, said on Monday that dozens of bodies unearthed from the mass graves (in Gaza) were decapitated and had their organs and skins removed.

IRNA (Iran Republic News Agency), a press body of Teheran government, reported a chilling detail on the terrible war crimes made by Israeli Defense Forces.

Israel will not investigate the mass graves found at Gaza hospitals, as it has already dealt with the matter and found no wrongdoing by its troops, a spokesman for the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) has told Politico, spreading a flood of lies endorsed by the Democrat- and Zionist-supporting New York newspaper.

IDF spokesperson Nadav Shoshani told Politico on Friday that reports of Israeli troops having anything to do with the mass burials were “fake news.” When asked whether that meant that Israel would not investigate the matter, he replied: “Investigate what?”

Some bodies were found with their hands tied and their abdominal cavities sewn up, raising suspicions of organ theft.”

“Following the Israeli withdrawal, Palestinian emergency services recovered the bodies of 392 individuals from their graves. Buried more than three meters deep, the bodies were stacked on top of each other. Videos and photographs published later showed signs of torture on some of the bodies. Additionally, some of those buried were found handcuffed with plastic restraints.”

Note: organs for transplant must be harvested fresh and transported immediately as thier viability dissipates very quickly. The missing organs therefore in the bodies would have been taken while at their most fresh ie: while the victim is still alive or immediately after death (in this case being shot in the head). But if they were dead during vivisection why would you need to bind their hands? Blood chilling thought. One can only imagine the sheer terror they endured. It is not to be borne.

“bodies were wrapped in black and blue shrouds made of plastic and nylon, which differ in color from the shrouds typically used in Gaza. Emergency officials believe this may have been done to raise the temperature of the bodies, speeding up the decomposition process and concealing evidence. The agency also notes that some of the bodies showed signs of gunshot wounds to the head» Russia Islamic World detailed.”

horror.jpg
horror.jpg (404.58 KiB) Viewed 582 times

Note: That trench with the bodies wrapped in blue are from after they were unearthed. They were wrapped individually to give them some human dignity and reburied. The bodies were originally just thrown into a pit and had dirt put over them. No wrappings, no nothing. Though many still had their hands ziplocked behind their backs. You better believe this is an aggression. These are human beings, husbands, mothers, sons and daughters. They had lives. This is heartbreaking to see. And it's not just humans, but the animals. It's like the bible saying to murder everyone; even their animals.

All this pain and suffering, so netanyahu can have his 'new' Gaza....abhorrent. Incomprehensible. Vile. The worst I saw was an image from a video clip. The video was taken by giggling IDF soldiers, it showed a starving dog (remember, it's not like anybody can feed their pets now) with a dead toddler in it's mouth. And I lost it seeing that. It is so much cruelty. I couldn't share that one.

Dr Ralph Wilde Continues:

Second, the law of self determination. Here, it's illegal again because of the association with illegal purported annexation and also more generally, because it is quite simply an exercise of authority over the palestinian people that by its very nature, violates their right to freedom.

This multifaceted existential illegality involving serious violations of peremptory norms has two key consequences.

First, the occupation must end.

Israel must renounce it's claim to sovereignty over the palestinian territory.

All settlers must be removed immediately.

This is required to end the illegality, to discharge the positive obligation to enable immediate palestinian self administration and because Isreal lacks any legal entitlement to exercise authority.

Second, in the absence of the occupation ending, necessarily everything Isreal does in the palestinian territory lacks a valid international legal basis and is therefore subject to the Namibia Exception, invalid.

Not only those things violating the law regulating the conduct of the occupation. Those norms entitle and require Israel to do certain things but this doesn't alter the more fundamental position from the law on the use of force and self determination. That Isreal lacks any valid authority to do anything! And whatever it does is illegal, even if compliant with or pursuant to the conduct regulatory rules.

I will close by quoting palestinian academic and poet rafat allareia from his final poem posted 36 days before he was killed by Isreal in Gaza on the 6th of December 2023:

“If I must die
you must live
to tell my story
If I must die
let it bring hope
Let it be a story”

Thank you for your attention.

The ad I mentioned at the beginning of this article:

“we are trying to help the farmers build and grow and settle the land! That field, right over there where we're gonna start the campaign. And this farmer (name) wants to plant 4000 lychees!”

Consider this ad in light of the fact that in the lead up to Israels birth in 1948, more that three quarter of a million palestinians were ethnically cleansed from their homes by zionist militias. This became known as the Nakba (catastrophe). Then came the six day war in 1967 that served to further displace another half million or so. Israel built a border wall (meanwhile working through their agents in congress to remove border walls in the US) on palestinian land, building 'settlements'.

I recently saw a video of a western journalist who went out to one of these settlements to ask them questions like, what are you doing out here? They were driven off in a very hostile fashion. This is modern day colonialism. A practice fragmenting palestinian communities, restricting their mobility, destroying their society.

The west bank is dotted with 140 checkpoints, aprox 700 road obstacles, which around 70 000 palestinians who hold Israeli work permits are forced to daily navigate. A daily ritualistic form of demoralization, humiliation and a constant demonstration of power over. This is to break down the peoples resistance.

And now, even as Israel continues a total blockade on Gaza cutting food, water, electricity and fuel, indiscriminately killing men, women and children.......they're creating ads to appeal to do-gooders, useful idiots to convince them to send them money!

To plant trees on land that isn't theirs, using a story designed to tug on heartstrings about 'noble' (creating snuff films of entire families and posting these online while laughing at the death of innocents isn't my idea of noble) IDF forces who fell to terrorists! Who's the actual terrorist here?

That ad struck me as.....so reprehensible, so coldly opportunistic and cynical when you know who was responsible for that attack Oct 6 in the first place. And the UN is backing this. It's right there on the poster. UN backed.

And here's the kicker of the hypocrisy: In the west bank they are chopping down the olive trees of the palestinians! Driving them off their land! How the 'F' does this 'protect' anyone?

This picture really gets to me because I know about how this has to feel. The banksters took the place I grew up. The developers who got it turned our land into a golf course. I am hoping to go back someday to see if the particular trees I loved so much growing up survived. I want to see them again. There is a deep connection for people to the land, to the flora and fauna...to destroy it deliberately like they are doing here is an inhuman act of wanton destruction.

What's up utube, fixing a self serving disgusting commercial there so anytime anyone wants to watch this lawyer rightfully indict Israel, they see a commercial asking for money for Israel first? Well let's see.....utube was run by (coincidentally) a jewish woman named Susan Wojcicki. Her right hand man for 15 years was Neal Mohan, who took over when she resigned (or was forced to resign) as CEO in 2023. Maybe things were getting too hot as people started seriously questioning her, so they put in a new figurehead? I don't know. I do know he was going to leave that company and received a 100 million bonus to stay. I don't know....is it fair to say bought and paid for? Who's actually calling the shots at utube? I question their integrity, they seem to censor the heck out of anything and everything, hiding behind content policy or something. Which is vague and open to arbitrary enforcement.

They've removed several of my own videos. One because in it I said I think the covid thing is a scam. That's it, that's all. But it was enough. They called that one 'medical misinformation'. They nuked another video because I said I suspect non humans are running this planet. That was 'dangerous conspiracy theory'. If it's just my opinion and it's not true, how on earth is it dangerous? Dangerous to whom? It's my opinion, my thought. So utube are thought police?

I don't know one content creator on that channel who hasn't had topics nuked. I thought social media platforms were supposed to be the digital equivalent of the open market place and as such, they are exempt from having to answer for their content, meaninf people can pretty much have any opinion they want. If they're censoring then they're acting like a media company, a publisher which is a different animal and no longer qualify as a fair marketplace. Thus the exemption these platforms enjoy are no longer valid.

Anyhow, the commercial goes on to show a plaque with it saying in memory of our precious daughter. Their daughter. How about the children in Gaza being targeted by a killer AI? Don't they matter? They kill people...take their land, as for freebies to help them develop it and play the sympathy card? Are you kididng me?

Then the zionist goy christian says to the jewish guy:

“We've come here to plant trees because Israel blesses us! Because the promise was given to Abraham! He knows I will bless you and you will bless the nations. We are here because of that blessing to thank you and to plant a tree.”

Inspirational music and more images of happy farming. For deluded do-gooders. This is a cynical way to play on peoples sympathy and naivete, to induce them to finance capitol gains! The IDL has a long history of faking nazi marches and this hamas 'attack' is the same kind of thing. In order to justify havoc and death....for money.

How did this mess begin?
in 1933 a negotiated transfer was arranged called the Haavara Agreement. After three months of talks between the Zionist Federation of Germany, the Anglo-Palestine Bank under the directive of the Jewish Agency and the economic authorities of Nazi Germany it was agreed to round up and transfer some 50,000 Jews with $100 million of their assets to Jewish Palestine.

This was in exchange for stopping a worldwide Jewish-led boycott that was threatening to topple the Hitler regime in its first year. Hitler wasn't trying to kill them in camps, rather, by agreement he was holding them in camps till they could be deported to Israel. Far from being mistreated the holding facilities were rather luxurious.

I think later on, other people got put in there too, the thinkers, the protestors, anyone else not desirable. Not just jews. It wasn't till the end of the war, after the allies destroyed every means to bring in food that people began starving in the camps. There were plenty of non jews in the camps. This isn't really mentioned much at all. Atrocities did happen but, is it not fair to say history is obfuscated? Deliberately skewed?

How is putting a group in a camp any different from say, Canada holding Japanese in camps because they were Japanese during WWII? On friday, September 22, 2023 a packed Canadian parliament honoured a Nazi. They claimed this was done 'unwittingly'. Pleeease. They knew damned well who the man was. If anyone with a bit of common sense thinks for one moment they don't know exactly who somebody is before making a big deal out of them in parliament? You think for a minute CSIS would not have done a thorough background check?

So the Canadian government, on the one hand who refused to speak to the everyday canadians protesting their way over the top draconian lockdowns, to add insult to this said they wouldn't speak to xenophobes, white supremacists - never mind all races and creeds joined that trucker movement dancing in the streets while their kids played in bouncy castles - they called truckers and regular folks protesting draconian lockdowns terrorist nazis. While on the other hand they honoured a real nazi in their parliament.

Use of Force

“Poll results were also hawkish when it came to the use of force in Gaza: 57.5% of Israeli Jews said that they believed the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) were using too little firepower in Gaza, 36.6% said the IDF was using an appropriate amount of firepower, while just 1.8% said they believed the IDF was using too much fire power, while 4.2% said they weren’t sure”
New York Times

This translates to mean that less than 2% of Israeli's think the IDF is using too much force and firepower in Gaza. And the New York Times calls bloodthirsty 'hawkish'? What a nice, sanitized word, hey? This image is damning:

If you put up a sign like this anywhere in north america or europe against any ethnic group....wouldn't that be considered a hate crime? I know in germany you'd be in jail for sure. If a german put up a sign about the jews saying kill them all? Holy shit the sky would fall! If whitey put up a sign like this about blacks, the sky would fall. But it's ok for these people? In light of this double standard, why are we giving this illegal state money? How much has been poured down the drain for Israel so far?

Well, you know that's a legitimate question, so I looked it up and found taxpayer dollars to the tune of 280 billion so far has gone to Israel since 1948 in US/Israeli ethnic cleansing and cleaning operation, 150 billion in direct 'aid' and 130 billion in 'defence' contracts.

"In an escalating move, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu launched a frantic campaign against Al Jazeera, accusing it of harming Israel's security, actively participating in the October 7 attack, and inciting against Israeli soldiers. Al Jazeera Media Network condemns these statements and sees them as nothing but a dangerous, ludicrous lie. Netanyahu could not find any justifications to offer the world for his ongoing attacks on Al Jazeera and Press Freedom except to present new lies and inflammatory slanders against the Network and the rights of its employees. Al Jazeera holds the Israeli Prime Minister responsible for the safety of its staff and Network premises around the world, following his incitement and this false accusation in a disgraceful manner. The Network stresses that this latest measure comes as part of a series of systematic Israeli attacks to silence Al Jazeera, including the assassination of its correspondent Shireen Abu Akleh, the killing of its journalists Samer AbuDaqqa and Hamza AlDahdouh, the bombing of its office in Gaza, the deliberate targeting of a number of Al Jazeera journalists and their family members, and the arrest and intimidation of its correspondents in the field. Al Jazeera reiterates that such slanderous accusations will not deter us from continuing our bold and professional coverage and reserves the right to pursue every legal step." Source: Al Jazeera

This is censorship. Why should canadians not be allowed to look at world news, think for themselves? View different perspectives? If only one narrative is allowed to be seen is that not an echo chamber and mind control, programming? Is this freedom?

As of sat may 11 2024, somehow al jazeera managed to capture some Israeli drones and the captured footage exposes war crimes. And so what did Israel do? They stormed their headquarters with black clad military, attacked and shut down their jerusalem bureau. their computers and cell phones taken. There have been over 50 attacks, on the journalists and their families. Killing their families....it wasn't enough to ban the network, steal their equipment, including computers and even their cell phones, no. They had to murder journalists AND their families.
They drove over gravestones for no military reason. They claimed they were digging up cemeteries looking for imaginary hostages....they've destroyed 17 cemeteries so far. And made this on the ground....

Armoured excavators destroying homes.....human shields....strapping children to their tanks and armoured vehicles...There was video of two men waving white flags approaching the Israelis. The Israelis (not knowing they were being recorded), killed the men and then using a bulldozer buried them in the beach. This is some sick goddamned behaviour.

And yet, the propaganda is such that here is a common interpretation of whats going on regarding this latest thing about being forced to make a 'deal' – which is really playing for time while seeking to do as much damage as possible. And this is what people think:

“Taking out Hamas leaders in that surgical sense most likely is really just giving their families a nice monthly salary from Ikwan/Hamas, but also giving a raise in status and salary to whoever replaces them. Isreal likely sees its only way to deal with this problem is dismantling the Hamas war machine. Destroying their military assets, and strategic and tactical materials and personnel. Israel, at least based on the history of the last several decades, is clearly correct.”

People have been blown up and crushed under buildings....and this useful idiot has the gall to say oh, it' (losing the family father) really just gives their families a nice monthly salary?!? Israel is clearly correct? This is cognitive dissonance. This is what happens when propaganda is shoved down the wests throat day in and out. They are not thinking anymore but parroting what they have been told ad naseum.

Rule 97 of the international humanitarian law database states: the use of human shields is prohibited. This practice is strictly prohibited according to international law. That alone makes all Israel's arguments and self justification null and void. Barbaric. Illegal. Period.

Nicaragua Weighs In:

The Government of Reconciliation and National Unity informs the people of Nicaragua and the international community that it has notified the governments of the United Kingdom, Germany, The Netherlands and Canada of it's decision to hold them responsible under international law for gross and systematic violations to the convention on the prevention and punishment of the crime of genocide, international humanitarian law and customary law, including the law of occupation in the occupied Palestinian Territories, in particular the Gaza Strip.
In this vein, in a note verbal sent to these governments, Nicaragua recalled that the facts and circumstances of the Israeli actions in and against the Palestinians led the International Court of Justice to conclude on Jan 26 2024
“that at least some of the rights claimed by South Africa and for which it is seeking protection are plausable. This is the case with respect to the right of the Palestinians in Gaza to be protected from acts of genocide and related prohibited acts identified in Article III”

Although the Order on Provisional Measures of the Court is not a judgement on the merits, nevertheless on the evidence publicly available, the Court found it plausible that the Genocide convention has been and is being violated by Israel.

If genocide is plausibibly occurring in teh Gaza Strip in the judgement of the highest world court, it cannot be otherwise in the judgement of the international community that is also dramatically aware of the same facts that led the court to that conclusion.

The obligation to prevent genocide arises and begins when there is a risk of it occurring; in fact, when it is plausible that it is occurring or might occur.

This plausibility is now beyond doubt and dispute. In that sense, Nicaragua has urged the governments of the united kingdom, the netherlands and canada to immediately halt the supply of arms, ammunitions, technology and/or components to Israel as it is plausable they might have been used to facilitate or commit viiolations of the Genocide Convention, including but not limited to acts of genocide, attempted genocide, complicity in genocide and conspiracy to commit genocide.

Unfortunately, the provision of military weapons and other assistance capable of being used in the genocide taking place has not stopped or diminished since the genocidal attacks of israel on the Gaza Strip began in October 2023, and in some cases has indeed increased.

Nicaragua has reminded these governments that “a States obligation to prevent, and the corresponding duty to act, arise at the instant that the State learns of, or should normally have learned of, the existence of a serious risk that genocide will be committed.”

Furthermore, Nicaragua has warned that the recent announcements by these governments on the suspension of the funds to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near east (UNRWA) further exposes that in the prescient scenario, the Governments of the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands and canada continue to disregard their obligations and to actively facilitate violations of the rule of international law by Israel to the severe and immediate prejudice of the Palestinian people, particularly Gazans, and the international community as a whole.

In particular, Nicaragua has underscored that this act contributes to the collective punishment of the Palestinians and to the apparent objective of forcing the Palestinian population to leave the occupied palestinian territories, particularly Gaza, and preventing the exercise of their right to self-determination.

Consequently, Nicaragua has given written notice to these governments that it will adopt all measures it considers appropriate in accordance with international law, including recourse to the international Court of Justice, to guarantee respect for these fundamental international texts and customary international law.

The Government of Reconciliation and National Unity reaffirms its firm commitment to the Rule of Law at the international level and the peaceful settlement of disputes between States.

“gaza will become the next Rivera”

It's worth noting again that all this is illegal activity. I would also add can you imagine, should they be able to go ahead and build their riveria over the bones, blood and bodies of countless murdered humans and animals.....building over a graveyard.....imagine how haunted and cursed the area will be. Who would want to live there?

“gaza's waterfront property. It could be very valuable to...uh....if people would focus on kind of building up....uh....you know....livlihoods.
So, I think that, uhm...it's a little bit of an unfortunate situation there (referring to thousands of innocent people – the majority of whom are children - murdered in Gaza by the IDF), but from Israels perspective I would do my best to move the people out and then clean it up. I think proactively recognizing a palestinian state would be essentially rewarding...an act of terror.”
jared kushner speaking at harvard

“move them out”.....I think he means just get rid of them. Make them go away. When it's THEIR land. He thinks anything else, like ceasing aggression would be giving in to 'terrorists'. I didn't say this, he did. Isn't that fucked up? Where are they supposed to go? Into the desert? Why should they go to another county? They are IN their own country. Why does Israel think it's ok to do what they accused germany of doing? For which germany has been forced to pay reparations since the end of WWII?

I'm not for one side (Nazi) or the other (Israel). I'm asking because this is reasonable to ask. I'm interested in truth and what's right. These are legitimate questions. Israel or anyone else committing war crimes has to answer for what they do and not hide behind rhetoric. Jews chant 'anti-semetic' and say 'never again'. While at the same time they're chanting from the river to the sea – which is about 'cleansing' and taking over land not their own......from the river to the sea.

They say no one will ever ethnically cleanse them and murder them again. If that happened. Maybe a lot of the jews they claim were killed were actually moved to Palestine. Lets not forget about the transfer agreement. Honest questioning is verboten on that topic (WWII). They have literally made it a crime in some countries to ask questions about what is now considered canon and therefore not to be questioned. This is thought police type stuff.

So....it's ok for Israel to do what they say is a great evil to others? Why is one wrong but the other is right? Do you see the problem?

The most recent development now is Palestine has been accepted into the UN. Israel is furious.

Obviously threatened by the exposure.

Yeonmi Parks full story interviewed by jordan peterson. There are parts I was crying my ass off and even jordan was crying. She said N Korea is an open air prison. She escaped from N Korea, brought across by coyotes. When she got to China she was sold. She was a child, a virgin forced to work as a sex slave. And it could have been worse, the Chinese regime, if they catch these women, sell them back to North Korea. Selling them knowingly back into torture, death sentence, a concentration camp.

Being raped, tortured...at least they got fed and not sent back. When you hear the Marxist garbage about racism, Islam, CRT, social justice, Chinese communism…..their goal is to bring you to a place where you too, are eating rats, starving and so are your children. Don’t think for a second this isn’t the goal. They did it in the USSR, in the Holodomor, in China, Ukraine, Cambodia, Vietnam, Yugoslavia and North Korea. This is what the evil ones behind these regimes want to do to the entire world. Listen to her story. A powerful testament to the human spirit.

Unit 8200 is the major Israeli military intelligence division that works on computer technology, online warfare, creating algorithms for censorship and intelligence monitoring and online hacking operations. They have an arm in Silicon Valley taking a lot of technology from there and transferring it to Israel for civilian, military and intelligence use. Israel has shell companies in Silicon Valley they operate intelligence through. Anything AI would be created by this unit.

The Israeli Prime Minister declared publically the Palestinians are 'Amalek" he is a religious Jew who was a student of Chabad. He knows what this means. Amalek is the tribe the ancient Israeli's totally wiped out and took their land in the Torah. Calling the Palestinians "Amalek" was the political order for the genocide of the Palestinians.
Amalek (/ˈæməlɛk/;[1] Biblical Hebrew: עֲמָלֵק‎, romanized: ʿĂmālēq, Arabic: عماليق, romanized: ʿAmālīq) is described in the Hebrew Bible as the enemy nation of the Israelites. The name "Amalek" can refer to the descendants of Amalek, the grandson of Esau, or anyone who lived in their territories in Canaan.
