This 'other' person (not YOU, right?) got angry (at a child? An innocent animal?) for some undefined reason then laid hands on them – you just admitted it - put them in a cage. In a cage. It wasn't merely a case of WANTING to do so. If that were truthful, why should the parents of the human or fur baby object? That was a lie. No. That was something that was DONE. You put your hands on somebody's fur baby or on a child you had no business touching. But they (you) are innocent? Riiiight.
