I find it amusing people get freaked about these. I've seen a lot of ufos. Where I live now especially is a hot zone for these things. At least three that come to mind were definitely close enough to see it was technology. Not just a light in the sky. Others were lights like this.
I'm actually working on a book about the alien presence here. This is a topic thats always interested me since I was young.
