I legit tried everything else. to fix the attacks I was under. Meditations. Yoga. The RTRS.

Worshipping yourself is a mentalitty, not a meditation that will make you advance. A shrink can work the same in changing your mentality.

The Magnum Opus thing is real, and you don't attain it by believing or following anyone, you achieve by working in a way that result in the MO. The same way putting a brick upon the other brick will result in a wall.

I did click on those websites btw. Here are some things.

Kabbalah exercises are a little different than what we are doing. In context the energy is different. There is no intention of reversing or removing anything and in the exercises people are reading it forward too. So no it's not the same and yes the way they do it it DOES feed the thoughtform and hook into their energy.
