On that night, I made the decision not to absorb negative energy from people anymore. I realised what I really want to do is make people happy, and I understand by now that taking away people's unhappiness doesn't fulfil them. It's by creating positive things and accepting them into our hearts, that we can overcome the sorrows of the past.

This Japanese song has been like medicine for my weary mind the past few days. The instruments are upbeat, yet his voice is very calm and soothing. The video is cute too ^^
The title translates to "Let's Take Some Medicine and Go to Bed":
Sometimes I get so lost in my own thoughts and ideas that I can neither sleep at night nor focus throughout the day, and end up feeling overwhelmed. At times like that, I think it's best to just take a step back and forget about my worries for a while. Life goes on, and I don't have to understand everything all at once; relaxing is important too.

Usually, I cannot say that I am into Japanese music and art, but, the musical piece that you described is what I listened too when I had my mind full of thoughts and worries.
Sure thing that relaxation is important and taking things slowly, with the time being
I can say that, especially in the Japanese music field you have a good music taste
