how is self-balance gained? this is not a definitive and a precise guide like "happiness 100% with this book!. if possible, i suggest psychotherapy, a professional. it can be needed, so let's not exclude that. this is NOT a substitute of professional medical healthcare.
self-balance basically starts from yourself. disciplines such as meditation, yoga, reading, writing, drawing, chanting, etc... expressing your energies is a way to balance these first of all.
so, you don't have to be imprisoned. you deserve to express what you are, your talents, your opinions, your philosophy. is your opinion wrong? good, always doubt about that. it depends on the context, but as long as you don't have the "i'm the right one", it's less toxic. but at the same time, you need to distinguish your own thoughts from what reality is, because then you may feel isolated, like no one understands you etc... and this can bring you to isolation and loneliness (on the right contexts obviously. always fight for morality and your ideas, if these are not harmful or simply, you get invalidated, your mental health gets invalidated)
souls can find balance in themselves, but at the same time they need to co-operate together, through love. only like that, we can make a better planet. there are moments where a soul can't do things alone and may need emotional support. this is completely normal, this is soul's nature. while self-balance is in ourselves, souls need some other significant connections to feel better. it may vary from person to person (as above, so below, as in, as out). that's not true that you can be an hermit or stuff like that. i mean, you can. but it still is a way to escape. you may think you feel okay (common thing), but deep inside you may need something else. while you need self-balance from the inside, even from the outside it is needed in someway. imagine someone who meditates without eating neither drinking (breatharians). this is crazy and unhealthy stuff to do.
the best way to find a balance though, is to work with your shadows. through shadows, not only you accept these - but you find, discover positive parts of you that you didn't know. new talents, passions, goals etc...
souls are not made to be alone. because the soul, sees herself in others and sees others in herself, in someway. that's why there is a thing called "projection".
the first step is to study yourself and recognize that you are divine. not in a narcissistic way - just seeing things as these are. everyone can improve, it's just up to them. see this as humanity, that all together can be like that - if only they had the knowledge and wanted to find, and apply it. recognize your potential/s, leaving most of the cultural influences that told you what you are/should be and what you shouldn't be. in fact, as Nietzsche said: "become yourself". basically, with spiritual working, you don't "change". you simply remove things that weren't really part of you, that were in someway "haunting" you, also influencing your behaviours, energies etc... it's more about removing what you aren't - by society conditioning and mind tends to become more cleansed from this stuff. in order to find yourself. that's why when you go in the past, there is this sort of "glo up" that you notice. "I WAS HORRIBLE, WHAT DID I BELIEVE" etc...
hail Satan and yourself
