Just would like to understand more about the aura.
I know having a clean and strong aura can make you more attractive and more confident but apart from that I know nothing.

One day I spent a lot of time cleaning and I started remembering things completely random and meaningless about High school, I could not stop thinking about a school guy named potato and about Counter Strike that we played in our youth. It was a feeling of rejuvenation

Personally I think cleaning aura and chakras with visualization is a waste of time especially with a mantra. I find the best way to clean an aura is doing yoga like Hathaway yoga or whatever and on top of doing something physical outside in the sun. When you are done you can meditate under the sunlight for at least no more than 20 minutes. At least this works for me.
What people don’t realize physical exercise can also clear the mind and be called active meditation but yoga is also helpful in this case when you are in one position.
I do a mix of kundalini yoga and hatha yoga.
I don’t bother with runes or Sanskrit mantras anymore.
They don’t seem to work well. The only ones that work is the ones ending in Aum because when you focus and vibrate that and feel the push or pull of energy in your body, it’s working. Vibration can do wonders if done right.
So we are all different you find what works best for you.

Note I never understood what holes In the aura were and I started to heal my own when I began eating healthier, yoga, meditation, physical exercise and training etc

I noticed the more I done all of this the more masculine I started to become and have drawn more respect from others in person. Especially with those you least expect it from. It’s amazing what it can do for you.

I know this for a fact, because it was those meditations that opened and empowered my psychic/and astral senses to begin with. Yoga though is very important, and I do agree with Daemontruth83 there, but yoga is not nearly as important as the energy/and power meditations that the JoS offers... Start off with the power/and energy meditations that are offered on the JoS meditation section ((beginner isle)). Once you start feeling and sensing energy, than you start becoming AWARE of the fact that you have an aura and chakras... Once then, you'll realize how important it is to actually clean and empower through through visualizations. Yoga alone is not going to keep your aura healthy and clean.

Pranayama builds the aura as it relates to the prana body which holds the three bodies together.

The esoteric reason for pranayama is the holding of the prana in the body generates the chi fire in the body and with focus and internal energy locks then circulates it through the channels purifying the dross or lower density stuff out of the being. Something I noticed is the holds with the locks also pressurize the system to push this prana fire into the body as well. However you have to be careful not to over do such. Holding on the exhale as well generates a lot of chi fire. This is why they do the longer exhales in pranayama the exhale generates apana which is the purifying fire element in the body. The mula banda also generates this. Hence holding the mula banda with the tongue on the roof of the mouth is considered Kundalini yoga in some esoteric ancient texts from the east. As you are generating apana and moving it into the sushumna and circulating it through microcosm orbit which is called the hidden sun and moon channels in Kriya yoga teachings the Yang and Yin channels on the spine. The energy has to be circulated in those channels to full open the system up.

That is the situation people get themselves into they awaken the Kundalini but they have not finished the Buddhi Suddha process of purification of the sushumna channel and the nadis until this process is finished the serpent will not fully ascend. This is what pranayama, internal locks and mantra are for as well.

I know a guy who got Covid 19 and was in the hospital for about a week and was overdoing pranayama, then when he got out he had an Emphysema(which is air in cavity that there is no air), He was full of Air even under the skin of his neck and could not move his head.

yesssss. a person who regularly engages in some sort of training or physical exercise no doubt has a stronger than normal aura. When I do my workouts I like to spend a lot of time doing various hopping as part of my warmup. basically jumproping without the rope. I always doso facing the sun if its out, closing my eyes and feeling that energy all over and it's very nice/powerful. the hopping also seems to stimulate my chakras I think?
