A lot of people tend to find themselves in situations when they think they did the unspeakable or that they were insane when doing a certain action.

Now, while in most cases it has been proven that certain individuals suffered up from psychological disorders such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder, in some other cases, the individuals weren't suffering at all from a psychological condition and neither it was proven in the first place that individual X had a psychological problem.

In this topic of mines, I will talk to you about what is the difference between mental illnesses and suffering individuals and the ones who are completely sane.

Mental issues on a scientific plane

On the scientific sight of things, mental illnesses are certain psychological and pathological affections of the brain which tend to interfere with the normal day to day activities of the individual in cause.

Some mental diseases are not that impactful, while others are totally disruptive.

For example, schizophrenia is often associated with very disruptive effects such as hearing voices, and not through communication with the Demons.

Imagine there is an individual who works on his reports at work, types on his laptop, everything is fine and, in a matter of seconds or minutes that individual, totally uncontrollably cries and thinks she has heard his or her nonexistent grand grand parent.

Schyzophrenia is a very destructive disease and it mainly has connection with the left emipshere of the brain.

Another mental illness that is very destructive is bulimia.

Bulimia or over eating disorder is a psychological disease which is often characterized by the large overconsumption of food, vomiting the said food, and, after putting too much stress on your digestive system, eating again and repeating the process.

Such individuals should have a very controlled amount of food that is given to them, until the disease is treated.

Diseases on an astral plane

In Astrology, unlike in the scientific side of view, there are a lot more factors that are involving mental diseases.

The planet that is involved in mental diseases is Neptune in an unfavorable position in the house or certain planetary aspects / conjunctions.

Neptune is the planet that, when being in a more negative aspect to make the individual prone to addictions and drug / substance abuse.

Moreover, the negative side of Neptune is also associated with psychosis, individuals prone to delusions and diseases that involve the brain auch as neurosis, schyzophrenia and even paranoia.

When having a negative aspect of Neptune or in your chart there is a negative conjunction, you need to make sure that you do not enter too much in contact, or do not at all get in contact with alcohol and drugs, especially the illicit ones.

People that are having Neptune as their house ruler tend to be sometimes overthinkers.

Calming up your thoughts, setting daily goals that you can follow and also having a list with all of your current ideas are of great help.

Even more, though it requires work and experience, the individual can do an Earth element working which will add the Earth element to their chart.

Meditations that mainly involve the crown chakra and programs of mindfulness and yoga are very helpful in situations like these.

Moreover, listening to calm music and taking some fresh air in the park is also great for relaxing your mind and calming up the effects of a negative Neptune.

It is also important that you get a lot of sleep too in this situations, as your body tends to have a lot of episodes like short term mental storms when you are awake, rather than when you are asleep.

Avoid angry music or too stressful mental activities.

Mentally insane vs totally sane

Sometimes, in our current lives, and our past lives, we had and have moments that we do some kind of unspeakable actions.

The idea is that some horrible actions that may be done such as murder, is sometimes done by mistake, murdering by being coulpable, under influence of alcohol or certain drugs, but, at the same time, it can done because of being clinically sane*, premeditated murder.

*= There may be a certain chance that the individual is suffering from a psychopathic tendency which is very hard to be found

You see, one individual may get the benefit of doubt if he didn't think at a of what he was doing or he may be considered clinically insane if he or she is declared insane (certain declarations of him or her hearing voices in their minds that told them to steal or harass, they think of themselves as aliens from another planet, etc.) but the individuals who are not at all suffering from a kind of mental illness, thought about every consequence of their sanctionable action but, in the end, they decided to treat everything with total disinterest, they are mentally sane, but they are nevertheless culpable of their actions.

In any circumstances one, if he is mentally sane, shall never, but never do anything illegal or unspeakable, as it will only degrade your social status and also make you legally affected.
