as mageBLAH is not an administrator anymore, mageBLAH can't manipulate information like he used to and he no longer can ban anyone that reads. as a cult operator, this is very sad for sloth'zin...

swami ramalingam was a tamil saint who became famous in tamil nadu by practicing charity for others and miraculously supposedly disappeared. what did he believe? ramalingam taught compassion towards all living things on the planet, helping all living beings and almost obligatory vegetarianism..... he believed that in their meekness and suffering, the lowest classes and castes are the most holy ones of all... and lived with them in his day to day life. he instructed worship in a very gentie way. aside from the respect for animals, does this sound like NS or whatever the rest don and maxine have preached up to here to you?

ramalingam taught there was truth (satya) in ALL religions and all philosophies. centrally, he taught the core message to take away from diverse other religions was that of love.

the ethics of ramalingam:
1. Gnana-Indriya Olukkam [Wisdom-Ability Behavior]

1). Listening to the praise of God, 2). preventing bad words entering our ears, 3). avoiding the look of harshness and wickedness, 4). abstaining from touching evil things, 5). abstaining from gluttony, etc.

- Karma-Indriya Olukkam [Deed-Ability Behavior]

1). Speaking sweet words, 2). telling no lies, 3). resisting by all means harmful deeds to another being, 4). leading a religious life, 5). associating ourselves with saintly characters, 6). maintaining a healthy body.

2. Karma Olukkam [Deed Behavior]

1). The mind has to be directed to Cit sabhai by taking it away from other objects (Cit sabhai is the heart in which the divine lives), 2). not to inquire into the faults of others, 3). not to be wicked.

3. Jiva Olukkam [Individual Soul Behavior]

Jiva Olukkam is the discipline that teaches one to treat all human beings as equal, and feel the presence of oneself in all beings. One must not be affected by the various distinctions such as social, national, racial, linguistic, caste, religion, etc. because the soul belongs to a different sphere in which no such distinction exists.

4. Anma Olukkam [Soul Behavior]

Anma Olukkam is the further development of Jiva Olukkam. Here the soul looks upon all living beings alike (not only human but sub-human beings alike) [as equal]. Here the soul feels great compassion for all the beings, considers 'Anma' (soul) as the Sabai and the 'inner light' of God.

Saint Ramalingam said Jiva Olukkam and Anma Olukkam are possible only with the granting of Divine Grace. [where did I hear that one before...?] To attain Divine Grace one must follow the Indriya Olukkam and the Karma Olukkam...

One who follows these doctrines will attain the Karma Siddhi, Yoga Siddhi and Gnana Deha. The body of the follower will change into the Svarna Deha, Pranava Deha and Gnana Deha. Thus the follower of Ramalingam will achieve deathless life.
so ramalingam taught that ascension and achieving magnum opus comes from love, doing no harm, feeling endless compassion for other things and seeing everything as an equal. nothing more, or less. also:
The Philosophy of St. Ramalingam is mainly social. He neither emphasized the practice of Yoga or Meditation. His only concern was to save humanity from suffering. He practiced and preached the path of love. Throughout his religious and social life he changed his positions many times. When he found out that the rituals, the Vedas and the Agamas are pointless, he transcended all religions and philosophies. The only central idea he followed throughout his life is love .All his social institutions were based upon love.
here is the ascension process. ramalingam's instructions were for somebody to feel anything of being little consequence and overcome the world via this process. this was hindered by certain earthly shackles placed upon someone. these shackles are to be subjugated and dissipated before ascension:
1. Aether.
2. Air.
3. Fire.
4. Water
5. Earth.
6. The body.
7. The tongue.
8. The eyes.
9. The nose.
10. The ears.
11. Sensitivity
12. Taste.
13. Sight.
14. Smell.
15. Hearing.
16. The mouth.
17. The feet.
18. The hands.
19. The anus.
20. The genitals.
21. Manam. [self-respect]
22. Buddhi. [intellectual concepts]
23. Sitham. [will]
24. Ahangaram. [ego]
25. Kalai
26. Viddhai
27. Aragam
28. Niyathi
29. Time
30. Mohini
31. Purusha
32. Suddha Viddhai
33. Eswaram
34. Saddakiyam
35. Vindu
36. Nadam
personally i find this absurd. this means overcoming everything that makes you human and superficially has nothing to do with jos doctrine at any point. then we have the ramalingam magnum opus process itself:
One has to think and think incessantly, till he feels and feels, till he melts and melts, until love for God fills in him. As love fills and fills, the aspirant of the melting mood bursts into tears. As the tear glands pour out profusely the body becomes wet by the overflow. When this is uninterruptedly repeated and repeated, the heart throbs and the mouth sobs the praise of the God Supreme. This is the type of emotional spiritualism which is needed for the prayer of the moment. When this is achieved the Grace of God is sure to descend. Not only does the Light of Grace dawn on the aspirant but sets aside the inevitable death. In other words conquest of death is realized (as the mortal body is converted into an immortal body). Hence the Swami proclaims to all mankind that this is the most propitious moment to enter into the life Divine. He adds that he is neither exaggerating nor uttering falsehood and swears that this is true and cent percent true.

[...]

The properties of this pure and perfected body are depicted very clearly. As the name indicates this golden body of perfected elements appears to be about 12 years of age. The feelings are with regard to the Divine and Divinity. No more are there the physiological activities of the body. There is no question of food, digestion, excretion, growth and aging. The external symptom of this transformed human frame is that it appears gracefully beautiful without casting shadow

[...]

The changes that take place in the human body externally and internally illustrate the gradual conversion. They indicate the symptoms of the human body at every stage. There is o myth, nor concoction. Everything is stated with scientific accuracy though it is a puzzle and a problem even to the highly advanced scientific mind of the present day. The Swami says that the skin - the dermis and epidermis - has become extremely soft. All the nerves and the tendons have become gradually loosened. All the bones membranous and cartilaginous have become automatically pliable. All the muscles and muscular tissues have become loosened. The semen has not only become hardened but concentrated in a unit. The brain and all is parts the cerebrum, the cerebellum and the medulla oblongata have loosened as an opening blossom. Throughout the body an elixir oozes and flows and fills up all the parts.

Externally the forehead perspires. The face becomes brilliant. There is delicacy, soft and mild, sweet and harmonious in the tender and cool breathing. The internal beauty is evident outside. The hair splits. The tear glands are so profusely pouring in the eyes that it flows through the feet. The mouth gasps with a trembling note. The ears and their delicate parts are filled with melody. The entire body has become cool. The chest and heart are throbbing. The palms are folded. The legs are staggering. The four different apects of the mind have respectively attained a melting mood, have the sparkling filled, have harmoniously heartened and have then there, the repercussions put down. The heart swells with anxiety to see the whole world with love. All the visible parts of the body are glooming with ecstasy. The life-bound ego which spurts out through the senses has vanished. All the blemishes that surround the heart and mind have extinguished. The tender and soft loving and affectionate, mercy and compassionate quietism stands out. All the world and worldly affairs are hidden. The ardent desire for receiving the Supreme Grace is increasing and overflowing. Now the God Supreme in the form of Supreme love fills up the body fully enshrining divine life.
honestly this sounds like transformation into a GREY to me. who the fuck wants to be a 12 year old whose heart is constantly 'full of love for everything in the universe' with calcified semen?

in any case, ramalingam NEVER SAYS any of this is activated via meditations. this process activates with practicing ramalingam's idea of love for everything in the universe....... which he claimed would transform his followers into gods and make them immortal by divine grace. is this really any different to the miracles and ability to heal others jesus promised to his followers if they 'followed him'?

i don't encourage you to take my word for anything. here you can read everything about ramalingam yourself, come to your own conclusions.
