What I was informed of is this.
God exists and is beyond human understanding, the human conceptions of god are false. God is the source of the energy of existence that is the most a human will comprehend, I guess.
What humans need to focus on is the human condition which is the darkness in the human ego and the human limitations. This is the problem humans actually face. This can become extreme and lead to all types of malicious, destructive, evil in the legitimate sense, behaviors in humans it can turn humans into demonic people.
The way this is done is by Kundalini energy this is the term I was given 'this is what the Kundalini is for' to allow the human to transcend the darkness in the human ego and the limitations of the human condition.

Humanity itself needs to detach from Ego.
Ego is after all the trap that is used by enemy forces to hold people captive on the material realm mentality.
Within time, one should be able to balance both the physical and the spiritual and quit the trap of Ego.
One thing is love yourself and the other thing is Ego.
And yes, God exists and he is beyond human understanding. A very pure white and bright light sphere appeared and guided me (and still guides me) on a lot of good things.
