Time for a positive change

I am tired of all the negativity, blaming in these forums. Hardly anything productive and too much focus on hatred.

So Im writing something positive for a change. So I decided it's time to make a choice. After something traumatic I went through, as far as my health goes. What I am learning.

Your mindset, beliefs, does indeed affect your health and body shape! The thing is most people involve want the quick way. Well it can happen you need a strong Will, desire and practical strategy to manifest it. You can get help from spirits or gods but they don't help anyone unless they help themselves.

So I'd like to share something my friend Heath has shared with me. He and I are on a similar path. So he said he noticed that women he attracted or try to date are usually narcissistic and/or like gold diggers, selfish, manipulative or some other thing. Basically he is learning that he's attracting these types and realized he he doesn't have enough confidence or self esteem to raise the standard and he thinks he'd be rejected by fit and healthy women who generally have self confidence. Personally I agree what I told him, "Bro, look, most of your horrible dating experiences is from a lack of self esteem and confidence. So all the women you dated lacked it in yourself or you attract that type! " Basically I told him he needs to change his views and beliefs about himself that he will naturally raise his standards.

After talking to him and realized I'm in the same boat as him. I'm on a quest to make changes. For an example, dropping weight and being more active. Healthier lifestyle.

So the thing is we have to change the way we think and believe about ourselves. Yeah it might be difficult but that takes work. So yes your thoughts and attitude can change your reality!

it's almost important to remind oneself of what the real foundations are. The definition of Magick is "the Science and Art of causing Change to occur in conformity with Will.". Just meditating for 10 minutes or so and really focusing on feeling the change that you want to manifest as if it is a reality and has already happened. This is one of the most basic and introductory exercises. Even a lot of normie self-help books make use of this technique. In fact a lot of them manage to make a 200-300 page book selling millions of copies and getting rich just on this basic exercise.

And also try to feel this, immerse yourself in this belief as much as possible throughout the day as well so that your use of this and your will is always improving.

too many people want to do all of these advanced chakra exercises and vibrational shit that doesn't really benefit them or do anything other than hit a checkmark on some arbitrary meditation routine list when they havn't even mastered basic things such as this which will actually bring forth real change to their lives.

When it pulls its pants down and has a vagina that is why women leave. They want a real man.

Sorry to burst your bubble but he tells and shows the women ahead of time and still get involved with him. But it's not until later they play games, gold diggers, attention whore and other ridiculous behavior as a result of feminism and entitlement.

So those kind of statements you just made shows your manhood as non-existent. Good luck with your dating life or I doubt you will find a woman good enough or think you are an immature boy who hasn't evolved.
