My first two orders in your app (Doordash)

I would like to complain to corporate I assume this forum as I was directed here by a friend and told the CEO and manager of this app runs these forums.
First off I am not lovin it my first two orders wrong. These are my first orders I can't imagine what using this app for a long time would be like. My breakfast sandwich was missing tomatoes Bacon and Cheese. It was just a biskit and Chicken no sauce or anything.
Second off my Tacos were beef I ordered steak and this order was missing my drink. I am not impressed by your app so far. You gave me credit when I talked about it with customer service but i wanted to put it out there that this makes my food unpleasant and unenjoyable so it kind of defeated the purpose of ordering it and looking forward to the meal.
I may or may not use it again give me a reason why I should and I might be converted to trying it.
At least it's faster than Uber Eats that is my only compliment.
