This is the video I like to use in order to sleep and do some lucid dreaming, it is also calming and brings a lot of happy thoughts for me such as green grass meadows and a very healthy group of forests, the astral smell of fresh air, simply put, very beautiful.

My favorite meditation is ... Well focused on using humor that definitely banishes negativity.....
