Regarding Void Meditation

Many people nowadays struggle and suffer. And usually it is because of their own minds. The mind, your thoughts are tools and part of you at the same time.
Many people tend to let their minds lead their lives, from thought pattern to even regulating emotions.
This is due to lack of awareness, consciousness. Many people are lost in the past and many people are terrified in the future.
But this all can stop. And one way to do so is through meditation, void meditation, mindfulness, presence etc.
By focusing on the now and by being conscious that you are present here and now and nowhere else, will make your mind silent for a while. Thoughts will still come but let them pass.
Let your thoughts flow without identifing with them, then focus again on the now. Be aware and be present of your body and of your surroundings. Be here.
Some people will call this the end of time. For your mind will stop wandering in the past or in the future. There is only now and always has been and will always be.
This goes the same for emotions, let them flow, observe them without judgement and dont analyze them. Let them flow and be present. Feel them and observe them. Unexpressed emotion will bottle them. Express them through singing, dancing, crafting, painting, drawing, etc. But without judgement. This will eventually give you the power of how and when to express your emotions safely without exploding. But remember to allow them to get out as soon as you get the chance.
All of these combined will eventually open your eyes and will allow you to see through all sorts of obstacles, illusions and lies.
You can always learn something useful from the past or prepare for the future, but only as long as you are conscious of what you are doing and not just dragged by your mind into these scenarios.
