Confused on spiritual practice out of JoS

if i may ask, what meditations you practice? do you practice everyday? you take practices from JoS? what do you think about Enn Chantings?

personally i want to keep myself young through Magnum Opus/spiritual practice

would like to know if you follow such things as meditations, mantras of JoS etc.. like, if your practice remained the same even if you left JoS or not

Jos made a collection of meditation and practices from many sources. There are a few to none original work and practices except* for the rituals of reversal (taken from the law of reversal of crowley). Why jos failed is because they keep on reversing christinaity to define satanism and 2ndly they mix spiritual jewish crap with pagan stuff. *Your work will be to do your own research from multiple sources ;will be the best and experiment, use your own discernment

Yoga should be mantained. Working with runes. Using energy from the sun for cleaning and empoweringetc

Also may I recomend you the basics of chakra working on a daily basis starting with your 3rd eye. By using white golden energynto clean and absorb this very simple practice if you make it a habit it will bring results.

Very important selfhypnosis and program yourself as you wish and get out in the world
we are 3D beings and is unfortunate that some are living imbalanced lifestyles forgetting about that mind and body also needs food and nourishment.

In regards to what meditations except the most basics and general ones on aura chakra working yoga and runes as general tools what you should do: start from reading your own natal chart amd understand it very well. Every soul is different and we are all at different stages of development with different needs/hardships ect. Think of it like a puzzle and the chart will give you the missing points to 'complete yourself', improve upon your soul. Like the elements for instance and what you need to balance out, etc.

Thank you! I already study astrology and practice since years. I don't hate JoS, I just can't take so much practice, like their routine i mean. I can't stand so many vibrations. I work more with visualization or just max 9-18 vibrations. the max is 40? it depends. I mean, like i don't necessarily use mantras for chakras. But instead i use visualization for working on them.

I practice Hatha Yoga. I hope this will help me with preventing elderly of physical body and be healthy and maybe.. Magnum Opus?

Jos is not bad entirely in meditations but you will need to rely on yourself to source your own practices.
If you dont like mantras, absorb energy, it's fine. You re doing good, follow your own guts. Jos members dont have a standard routine except for the RTRs, btw (this should be avoided!)


Yoga maintains someone young and healthy generally, yes. Eventually, as you progress, you will build up more experience and power and you will instinctively know the next step.

I have already a lot of ideas really but,

There are2 reasons why I dont care about doxxing. Jews or not, they are worthless. There is nothing their doxxing would expose more than we see with tbe open eye.

2ndly It's Gods business to manage this.. I feel like I would try to act better than Satan. Therefore, if Satan allows that place to exist, it's up to him.
I personally learned my lesson and I blame myself first for trusting such characters in the first place.
