Regarding Meditations

Here I will try to give some advice regarding meditations.
When we start meditating it is important to try and keep calm and live in the present. No one demands anything from you except being in the present when you meditate. Don't think about it, just be here. There is always now and will always be, no need to rush.
At first when I started meditating I was exploding in anger because I wouldn't get the meditation "right" or "correct". But later I calmed down a lot and I started to actually feel the difference. You sense things better if you are calm, not judgemental, with no critic remarks, no high or low expectations.
You don't need any special posture to meditate. You dont need to be in a lotus position or any other position. You only need to be a bit relaxed.
It is important to free your mind from thoughts when meditating. For some this interferes a lot with their meditations, for some less. But you should free your mind either way. It gets better the more you practice. You don't need to feel frustrated if you have thoughts rushing in your head, let them flow and focus on the present.
By energy work we mean controlling the energy and programing it. This enhances our senses and grows our base energy levels. The more we practice, the better.
It is important to meditate on your chakras or energy points. It will free you from all kinds of blockages and bindings. Many times that is enough to remove many blockages.
Energy breathing in your chakras and as well spinning them will empower them and generate more energy. Will make you more resistant against attacks and outside influences.
