A as my suggestions on runes to cut cords?

Hey guys I apologize for some of the things I’ve posted on these forums but I want to cut Cords to release someone from my aura without the possibility of never hearing from them again which eventually I would like to. Just to check up on things. I don’t like holding on to anger and hate. What was done to me recently hurt me really bad and of course I need healing and I was wondering can anyone suggest any runes for healing a broken heart? I am not going to lie I do hope to hear from my ex in the future because I am curious to see what happens to her like I’m wondering if she’s on the path to self-destruction. Right now what I feel for her is very neutral except I’m still pretty damn pissed and I want to release the anger that I feel or hurt and it’s very hard for me too.

I am open to suggestions I don’t care what the advice is I will try anything for healing.

I have empathy for you and I am really sorry for the turmoil that you have been going through in the past weeks. Dealing with relationship problems is never easy. When we love someone some energy is released and this a natural thing. Over time this can form a bond or chord that ties you to the person.

Maybe you should just let your anger take its natural course till it burns itself out and you have peace of mind. This anger might be doing this for you. Anger has a energetic aspect to it that burns, cleans and dissolves attachments in time. Maybe you should become comfortable with the emotions your expressing. I don't know how you where raised but I note in this western society people are always told they are not allowed to express feelings of anger or sadness. This can take on a unconsciousness belief system. Maybe part of healing is to allow yourself to go through the emotional aspects.

Don Danko makes a good point here, feeling anger is a natural part of being human. Embracing your emotions and expressing how you feel is a very healthy thing. One thing that may help is looking into positive ways that you can use to vent and channel your anger. Martial arts is great for this but you should find something that works for you.

Of course I’m letting it run it’s natural course but I wanted to supplement with runic energies to sever ties or cords. I still feel her attachments to my heart and sacral chakras.
